Shana Whittemore - 6th Grade Social Studies

I am Shana Whittemore and I am very excited to be joining the middle school campus at Huntington. This is my 12th year in education, where I have been blessed to serve in a variety of positions. 

My family relocated to Lufkin in May of 2020, and I have come to love the area. I graduated from college at Texas A&M University-Texarkana, with a Bachelor of Science in History and Master of Educational Leadership. I am currently working toward a Master of History, so I can continue to grow in my education.

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jonathan, and our two boys, Jude and Oliver.
